Our Story
Our journey with the food trailer began as we recognized the growing demand for mobile dining options, especially with more people venturing outdoors, we saw an opportunity to cater to this trend.
Commencing our trailer build in March 2023, we dedicated ourselves to crafting a unique experience for our customers. Our goal was to replicate the quality of crepes and coffee authentic and reminiscent of the streets of France.
After months of dedication, our passion project came to life in May 2024, giving rise to The Louisiana Crepe Company.
